Sagres sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms. The bedrooms have two king beds and three queen beds; check that this sleeping arrangement suits your group.
Top floor
Two king bedrooms, each with an ensuite. The main bedroom faces the entrance to Port Phillip Bay; the other looks across Swan Bay.
Middle floor
The shared kitchen, dining and main living areas, with outdoor decks for slow breakfasts and time together.
Ground floor
Three queen bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a second living area and laundry.
Stairs connect the three levels. If anyone in your group has mobility needs, contact us about the layout before booking.
A shared house, with different ways to spend the day
Start with coffee from the La Marzocco machine, then follow the private track to Nuns Beach. Some of the group can head into Queenscliff village while others stay for a quiet morning at the house.
Come back together for lunch on the deck or an evening around the kitchen and dining table. The separate living area gives the group another place to read, watch something or play a board game.
Your booking includes private use of the house, garden, mineral pool, European sauna and wellness studio. The pool is heated to 28°C from October to April. Private yoga and in-house massage are optional extras, arranged in advance and charged separately, subject to availability.

How many people can stay at Sagres?
Up to 10 guests across five bedrooms: two kings with ensuites and three queens. Enter the correct guest count when checking availability.
Is the house suitable for children?
The current booking listing welcomes children aged 2–12 and marks the property as unsuitable for infants under 2. The house has three levels, stairs and a pool. Contact us before booking if you need to discuss suitability for your family.
Is the pool heated all year?
No. The mineral pool is heated to 28°C from October to April. The private sauna and wellness studio offer other ways to unwind during cooler stays.
Do we share the facilities with other guests?
No. Your group has private use of the house, garden, pool, sauna and wellness studio throughout your booking. Yoga, massage and catering are additional services arranged separately.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:30 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Refer to your booking confirmation for arrival instructions.
What does a stay cost, and is there a minimum stay?
