Inside Sagres: a Queenscliff beach house for 10

Designed by Wayne Gillespie, Sagres brings five bedrooms, generous living spaces and views of Nuns Beach together across three levels on the Bellarine Peninsula.

Top floor: two king bedrooms, each with an ensuite.
Middle floor: kitchen, dining and living spaces opening towards the bay, with a fireplace for cooler evenings.
Ground floor: three queen bedrooms and a separate rumpus room.

Outside, discover the garden mineral pool, European sauna, wellness studio and private walking track to Nuns Beach. The pool is heated to 28°C from October to April. Stairs connect the house’s three levels.
