Sagres sleeps up to ten guests across three spectacular levels, offering two king bedrooms with private ensuites and three queen bedrooms. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas are designed for effortless entertaining, while two outdoor decks — complete with a wood-fired pizza oven, barbecue, outdoor bathtub and double-head showers — bring the Bellarine's coastal beauty indoors and out.
At the heart of the property sits the Sagres Mineral Pool — a white-tiled Amalfi-inspired sanctuary nestled within a private native garden. Heated to 28°C and surrounded by Eco Outdoor daybeds and cabana umbrellas, it's the kind of pool you arrive at and never want to leave. Whether you're floating under a summer sky or warming up after a winter beach walk, it defines the Sagres experience.

The Upstairs has two king bedrooms on the top floor featuring two large ensuites, with one looking out to Swan Bay. The view of the main bedroom is a standout, as it looks directly through the heads of Port Phillip Bay. The sea comes to life at nighttime with the ships passing by.
On the middle floor, the main living room, bar spaces, fully-equipped chef's kitchen, BBQ, SONOS sound systems, and LaMarzocco coffee machine invite casual entertaining and conviviality.
The downstairs floor encompasses three queen bedrooms, a bathroom, a second living space and laundry.
Outside is a private pool, day beds, and a newly landscaped garden of Australian coastal plants create secluded oases. The beach side of the property features an outdoor bath and showers.
Custom French linen and Turkish bath towels from in-house brand Quoin The Label and Australian-made Leif bath and lifestyle products ensure total luxury and comfort.

THE POOL
We are pleased to officially launch the Sagres Mineral Pool, nestled in the native landscaped private garden. The pool is heated to 28 degrees from October to April.
The white-tiled mineral pool encompasses the Amalfi vibe while being fun, functional and entertaining.
The pool furniture uses Eco Outdoor daybeds, Business and Pleasure umbrellas, and pool toys.
The addition of the mineral pool provides all-day fun and entertainment for families staying at the property.

Chef Sam Goodwin (Top 10 in MasterChef 2017) and his partner Sarah run this great business based in Ocean Grove. This is a must order, and we love what these guys offer!
Dining Options Include: Dinner Box - $60/pp (feasting style, All-day food package- $130/pp, In-House chef for dinner- $600-$1250 (subject to numbers and availability)

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights

Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
