The view of the main bedroom is a standout, as it looks directly through the heads of Port Phillip Bay. The sea comes to life at nighttime with the ships passing by

On the middle floor, the main living room, bar spaces, fully-equipped chef's kitchen, BBQ, SONOS sound systems, and LaMarzocco coffee machine invite casual entertaining and conviviality. 

The downstairs floor encompasses three queen bedrooms, a bathroom, a second living space and laundry. 

Outside is a private pool (launching in October), day beds, and a newly landscaped garden of Australian coastal plants create secluded oases. The beach side of the property features an outdoor bath and showers.
